YouTube has quickly become one of the top information resources on the planet, no matter what subject you are interested in. I remember checking YouTube to research absolutely everything on my first duplex conversion, from weeping tile systems to how to install kitchen cabinets. And yes, often checking for tips while I was actually doing the work!

These days I am on YouTube more than ever, often listening to a latest video or podcast as I work on my computer. I love to keep up with the latest market changes or hear new stories from other investors out there. With that said, finding the best Canadian based content can be a challenge at times. Today I’ll provide my top 5 picks for the best real estate investing YouTube channels in Canada.

Master Keys Podcast

Neal and Chandler burst onto the podcast scene with the Master Keys Podcast a couple years ago and have consistently delivered the best Canadian podcast content each and every week. They speak to a wide range of topics relevant to the Canadian market, always investor focused, and aren’t afraid to give their genuine opinions on the realities of the market. The Canadian Real Estate Channel performs deep dives with real Canadian investors, interviews industry experts, and picks apart all of the fine details that investors need to know to be successful. Matt McKeever started the channel 5 years ago and has since expanded his team to produce more high quality content than ever. If you are in Canada, this is a must sub!

The Fruitful Investor

Mat Piche aka The Fruitful Investor has perfected his brand and marketing strategy and shared an incredible amount of his secrets for all of us to benefit from. He takes a simple flip chart and breaks down the concepts in a way that anyone can understand. Although Mat has recently sold his real estate portfolio and taken a step back from real estate, the solid information he has shared over the years is timeless. His latest content around stock market and crypto investing provides a great balance to those looking to diversify. Not to mention, he still operates a flipping company remotely today. I love his story, especially the fact that he has now sold his portfolio - to me it is a great celebration that he’s made it.
