However, if you rent the unit as a short-term rental (STR), you can supercharge your return on investment - this is known as the “BRRRRSTR”. The BRRRRSTR strategy combines the principles of BRRRR investing with Short-Term Rentals (STRs) to optimize returns on real estate investments.
